Confirming usage by location is very easy on MotorCheck. All you have to do is login is a Group Admin and navigate to the Billing Section of your account.

Then click on the Transaction Log. This section will show you every transaction you've run on MotorCheck. 

To view each location separately simply select the location from the dropdown menu provided and click 'Run Filter'. 

Tip - When reconciling usage against a central invoice don't forget to select the same date range in the Date From and To drop downs.

The resulting table will detail that locations usage for each transaction within the given date range. The summary table at the top of this report helps you total all the transactions for the chosen location.
