This article explains how to print a full report and how to print a certificate.

The Print Icon is located in the top of the report on the right hand side.

When you click it a new window will open presenting you with the print options available.

The PRINT FULL REPORT button gives you the ability to print the entire report. You can remove any sections you don't want displayed using the check boxes at the top of the screen.

(Tip - Use the SAVE DEFAULT VIEW button to save your display choice)

When you click the green PRINT button you will have the option to print directly to your printer (or to a PDF if you prefer). It will look a little like this;

To print a single page certificate click the second button above named PRINT SILENT SALES SHEET. This will produce a certificate that shows the results of the most important elements of the check.

Note: If you have removed a section(s) using the SAVE DEFAULT VIEW feature, they will be automatically removed from the certificate too.
